Youth's HRM development program focuses on achieving high levels of scientific and technical skills along with working to develop individual career paths.

The company follows a modern appraisal system which is work oriented and performance driven for every worker in 4-quartes yearly. In each quarter they are called for interview and their individual performances, personal qualities are graded. On the basis of average of 4-quarters' numbering and grading their yearly increment rate and up-gradation/promotion are genuinely considered and awarded.

For the officers, performances are evaluated on their daily activities, creative & innovative jobs done besides assignments assigned individually. Twice in a year their performances are graded and appraised through interview conducted by Top Management.

All the employees, both workers and officers, undergo training in a defined systematic method both at the mills in-house facilities as well as in renowned and recognized Textile Institutes & Management Institute throughout the year to develop efficiency and imbibe higher skills as to make improved contribution in Quality, Production, maintenance of machineries and overall management.

By celebrating important days like May Day, other festivals and various occasions, Youth shares the spirit of togetherness with its workforces.
